  • Bicycle safety riding guide

There are some bicycle safety riding guide as follow, you will have a better, safer and more enjoyable time while riding.

  • People cycling Increasing

There are millions of Americans ride bicycles and the numbers are consistently increasing all the time. As more and more riders leave marks on trails and roads which will help beginner cyclists ride better and safer.

  • Protect your headg

Head injuries are the cause of bicycle deaths which account for 60 percent in the United States every year. Many deaths could be avoided if everyone wore a helmet while cycling.Wearing a helmet when you ride and make sure your kids do as well.

  • Consult a bicycle specialist

We recommend you consult a bicycle specialist if you have any doubts or concerns about the ability to properly assemble, repair, or maintain your bicycle.

Under no circumstances should the seat post extend from the frame beyond its“Minimum Insertion”or“Maximum Extension”mark. The stem's“Minimum Insertion”mark must not be visible above the top of the headset.

  • Adjust the height of the bicycle

Setting the appropriate height to fit your body will make you riding much easier and efficient. The correct saddle height will allow the knee to be slightly bent in this position and cause you much less pain and soreness during and after the ride.

  • Find the right saddle

Getting the right saddle while riding will make a huge difference. Don't think that the thickest pad will give you the most comfortable ride. Longer seats with cuts are usually the best saddle type. Read the reviews online and find out what other people like and test them out.

Change position while riding. Move your hands around on the bars, and move your rear end around on the saddle. This will keep your hands, arms and rear from getting numb due to prolonged time in a given position.

  • Don't ride with headphones on

It will be extremely dangerous if you don't hear an emergency warning or other commotions beside or behind you. If you need music, get a small clip-on radio with a speaker that you can attach to your jersey.

  • Obey the traffic rules

Riding on the road should know the road signs and obey the rules. Watching closely of vehicles in front of you so that you can anticipate what they will do next.

Keep your head up. Look out in front far enough ahead so you can react to any obstacles in the road or on the shoulder in front of you. Things like storm drain grates are very bad for skinny road bike tires.

  • Practice Braking

In most cases, the strength of foot operated brake is sufficient to ""lock up"" the rear wheel and stop the wheel from turning unless braking too urgent will cause the tire to skid.It is recommended to practice braking so that you can control the bicycle to stop quickly.
